Delivery
All orders are handled by CBL Distribution Ltd on behalf of Trackmaps. We aim to dispatch orders by the next working day after receiving them. Occasionally, delays may occur due to internal, external, or unforeseen circumstances.
When a new edition is published, delivery may take up to a week from the publication date. We will make every effort to inform you in case of any delays.
UK Deliveries
For deliveries within the UK Mainland, we use Royal Mail’s second-class service. Please allow 3-7 working days from your order date for delivery. Bulk orders (10 or more Track Diagrams or 2 or more TRACKatlases) are shipped via next-day courier.
Please note that delivery times and rates may vary for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and other UK offshore areas.
Overseas Deliveries
Overseas orders are shipped from the United Kingdom to selected destinations, including the EU, Norway, Canada, Japan, Singapore, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. Orders have a maximum weight limit of 2kg and are sent by airmail.
Since 1 July 2021, most goods sent to the EU are subject to VAT and possibly a clearance fee. Taxes and duties are based on the parcel’s contents, weight, and value, and are payable by the recipient, typically before delivery.
We strongly recommend EU customers review their postal authority’s website for information on applicable charges that may need to be paid before delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your product is faulty or if you choose to return it for a refund, please contact us and follow the procedure below.
Returns
If a book purchased from us is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You can reach us by phone or through the Contact message on the Contact Us page. Delivery is assumed to occur within 7 working days from your order date.
We will replace faulty or damaged items. Typically, we’ll ask for an image of the fault or damage but may request the item be returned. In such cases, we’ll reimburse the return postage to the payment card used for the purchase.
Refunds
To cancel a purchase or request a refund, notify us within 7 days of delivery, either by phone or through the Contact message on the Contact Us page. Delivery is assumed to have taken place within 7 days of your order. You must obtain a Returns Reference by providing your order details and confirming the cancellation.
When no error has occurred on our part, we will refund the item’s purchase price to the original payment card, excluding delivery costs.
Items must be returned with adequate packaging to avoid transit damage and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping costs for cancelled items are not reimbursed. We reserve the right to reject returns that lack a Returns Reference or are not in a resaleable condition.
