Our Contract With You
When you place an order on this website, we will email you confirming receipt and order details. Your order is an offer to purchase a product, which we accept when we send a confirmation email. Only products confirmed as dispatched form part of this contract.
Methods Of Payment
We accept payment by Debit/Credit/Company Purchase Card. Our online shop uses the Mollie payment system, ensuring security through encrypted transactions. We do not see or retain any card details.
Pricing & Availability
Our product prices (including any titles from other publishers we represent) are fixed at the time of publication, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Time Of Dispatch
We generally aim to dispatch orders by the next working day after receipt. However, there may be delays due to internal, external, or unforeseen circumstances. When a new edition is released, delivery may take up to a week. We will try to inform you in case of such delays.
Delivery Service
Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail second class, typically taking 3–7 days from dispatch. Bulk orders (e.g., 10 or more Track Diagrams or 2 or more TRACKatlases) are sent by next-day courier. For orders outside the UK, standard delivery is via Airmail, up to a maximum of 5kg.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for UK orders are calculated per item, approximating actual cost and weight. For orders outside the UK, delivery charges are based on approximate weight and cost. The total delivery charge is shown in your basket.
Value Added Tax
Books and maps are zero-rated for VAT. However, delivery is standard-rated and included in the delivery charges. The VAT element will be displayed separately on your invoice. We are unable to refund VAT to overseas customers.
Failure To Deliver
For UK deliveries, orders should be received within 7 working days from our email confirmation date. If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 days, or is incomplete, please contact us. Note that Royal Mail does not accept lost item claims until 14 days have passed.
